Ingredients
- ½ cup creamy nut butter (peanut, almond, or soy)
- 1 medium apple, diced (about 1 cup)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1½ cups rolled oats (quick or old‑fashioned)
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Dice the apple and toss with lemon juice.
- Soften nut butter in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
- In a bowl, combine apple, lemon juice, nut butter, oats, honey, and cinnamon.
- Mix until evenly combined.
- Lightly spray hands with cooking spray and roll mixture into small balls (about 20).
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
