Apple & Pear Crisp

Ingredients

  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 2 pears, sliced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup oats
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ cup butter or coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss the sliced apples and pears with cinnamon and maple syrup.
  3. Place the fruit mixture in a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the oats, flour, butter or coconut oil, and salt to form a crumb topping.
  5. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the fruit.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the fruit is tender.
