Apple & Pear Crisp
Ingredients
- 2 apples, sliced
- 2 pears, sliced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup oats
- ¼ cup flour
- ¼ cup butter or coconut oil
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the sliced apples and pears with cinnamon and maple syrup.
- Place the fruit mixture in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the oats, flour, butter or coconut oil, and salt to form a crumb topping.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the fruit.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the fruit is tender.
