Asian Greens Stir‑Fry

Ingredients

  • Chinese lettuce (chopped)
  • Choy mue (or similar Asian greens)
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 2 Shredded Carrots
  • 3 Green Onion Stalks
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil (sesame or vegetable)
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium‑high heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add carrots & choy mue; stir‑fry 1 minute.
  4. Add Chinese lettuce and green pepper; stir‑fry 1–2 minutes until crisp‑tender.
  5. Add soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes; toss to coat.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with green onions and serve immediately with rice or noodles
