Asian Greens Stir‑Fry
Ingredients
- Chinese lettuce (chopped)
- Choy mue (or similar Asian greens)
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 2 Shredded Carrots
- 3 Green Onion Stalks
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil (sesame or vegetable)
- 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium‑high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add carrots & choy mue; stir‑fry 1 minute.
- Add Chinese lettuce and green pepper; stir‑fry 1–2 minutes until crisp‑tender.
- Add soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes; toss to coat.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with green onions and serve immediately with rice or noodles
