Broccoli Feta Pasta with Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1 block of feta cheese
- 1 small broccoli
- 200g cherry tomatoes
- 2 red onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 3 cups pasta
- 1 ladle of pasta water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 390°F.
- Break broccoli into small florets.
- Slice onions and finely chop garlic.
- Place broccoli, tomatoes, onions, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper into a casserole dish. Add the block of feta in the center.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta separately.
- After baking, mash the feta with a fork and mix everything well.
- Add a ladle of pasta water and the cooked pasta.
- Mix thoroughly and serve.
