Broccoli Feta Pasta with Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 block of feta cheese
  • 1 small broccoli
  • 200g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 cups pasta
  • 1 ladle of pasta water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 390°F.
  2. Break broccoli into small florets.
  3. Slice onions and finely chop garlic.
  4. Place broccoli, tomatoes, onions, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper into a casserole dish. Add the block of feta in the center.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, cook pasta separately.
  7. After baking, mash the feta with a fork and mix everything well.
  8. Add a ladle of pasta water and the cooked pasta.
  9. Mix thoroughly and serve.
