Caramel Apple Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 medium apples
- Optional: Walnuts/Peanuts for topping
Instructions
- Let cream cheese soften on the counter.
- In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, caramel sauce, brown sugar, and vanilla extract using an electric mixer until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
Optional: Add chocolate chips for extra sweetness. - Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with sliced apples for dipping.
