Cinnamon Fried Pineapple
Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: drizzle of honey
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Add pineapple chunks and sauté for 2–3 minutes until they start to caramelize.
- Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt over the pineapple. Stir to coat evenly.
- Cook for 3–4 more minutes until golden and slightly sticky.
- Optional: drizzle with honey.
- Serve warm as a dessert topping or snack.
