Cinnamon Fried Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: drizzle of honey

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  2. Add pineapple chunks and sauté for 2–3 minutes until they start to caramelize.
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt over the pineapple. Stir to coat evenly.
  4. Cook for 3–4 more minutes until golden and slightly sticky.
  5. Optional: drizzle with honey.
  6. Serve warm as a dessert topping or snack.
