Green Goddess Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices hearty bread (whole wheat or sourdough)
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 4–6 cucumber slices
- A handful of arugula or lettuce (or spinach)
- 2 slices mozzarella or provolone
- 2–3 tbsp Green Goddess dressing (store‑bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Toast bread if desired.
- Spread Green Goddess dressing on both slices.
- Layer avocado, cucumber, arugula, and mozzarella.
- Close sandwich, slice, and enjoy!
