Honey Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Trim and halve sprouts, pat dry.
  2. Toss sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange cut‑side down on a baking sheet. Roast 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk honey and minced garlic.
  5. Drizzle glaze over sprouts, toss gently, and roast 5 more minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley while hot.
  7. Enjoy warm!
