Honey Garlic Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ¼ cup honey
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425°F. Trim and halve sprouts, pat dry.
- Toss sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange cut‑side down on a baking sheet. Roast 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a small bowl, whisk honey and minced garlic.
- Drizzle glaze over sprouts, toss gently, and roast 5 more minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley while hot.
- Enjoy warm!
