Kale & Mushroom Stir‑Fry
Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, chopped
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onion; sauté until translucent.
- Add mushrooms and cook until browned.
- Add kale and soy sauce; stir‑fry until kale is wilted.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
