Kale & Mushroom Stir‑Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale, chopped
  • 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion; sauté until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until browned.
  4. Add kale and soy sauce; stir‑fry until kale is wilted.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
