Passionfruit Shortbread

Ingredients

  • ½ cup softened butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • Pulp from 3 passionfruit
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • ⅔ cup self-rising flour

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar together.
  2. Mix in passionfruit pulp.
  3. Add both flours and stir until combined.
  4. Place dough on a lightly floured board and roll to about 5 mm thick.
  5. Cut into shapes.
  6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) until pale golden.
