Passionfruit Shortbread
Ingredients
- ½ cup softened butter
- ½ cup sugar
- Pulp from 3 passionfruit
- 1 cup plain flour
- ⅔ cup self-rising flour
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Mix in passionfruit pulp.
- Add both flours and stir until combined.
- Place dough on a lightly floured board and roll to about 5 mm thick.
- Cut into shapes.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) until pale golden.
