Sautéed Daikon Radish
Ingredients
- 1 daikon radish
- 2 tsp minced ginger
- 2 minced cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- Julienne the daikon radish using a peeler.
- Heat sesame oil in a deep frying pan and add the garlic and ginger.
- Sauté until fragrant.
- Add the julienned radish and sauté for about 10 minutes, until it begins to soften but is still slightly firm.
- Add soy sauce and vinegar, tossing until the radish is evenly coated.
- Remove from heat and serve with chopped chives.
