Chocolate Avocado Pie

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups mashed avocado
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1½ cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 pre‑made pie crust
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1½ tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Carefully melt the chocolate chips.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend until completely smooth.
  4. Pour into the pie crust and refrigerate until firm.
  5. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to four days.
