Chocolate Avocado Pie
Ingredients
- 1½ cups mashed avocado
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1½ cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 pre‑made pie crust
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1½ tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Carefully melt the chocolate chips.
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour into the pie crust and refrigerate until firm.
- Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to four days.
