Deviled Strawberries

Ingredients

• 18–24 large strawberries
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• ⅓ cup sour cream
• ⅔ cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ½ cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

1. Hull strawberries, slice in half, and scoop a small indent in the centers.
2. Whip cream until stiff peaks form.
3. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
5. Pipe filling onto strawberries and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
