Tzatziki Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full fat is best)
- 2/3 cup cucumber, seeds removed and diced
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh lemon zest
- 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup fresh chopped dill
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place diced cucumber in a strainer over a bowl and sprinkle with salt.
- Let sit for a few minutes to remove excess moisture, then pat dry.
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, and remaining ingredients.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Top with extra dill, black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Serve cold with pita chips, naan, or fresh vegetables.
