Blackberry Yogurt Popsicles
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (at least 2% fat)
- ½ cup almond milk (or any milk)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Heat blackberries in a skillet over medium-low heat with 1 tbsp water until softened. Cool in the fridge.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Fold in the cooled blackberry mixture.
- Pour into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
