Blackberry Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (at least 2% fat)
  • ½ cup almond milk (or any milk)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Heat blackberries in a skillet over medium-low heat with 1 tbsp water until softened. Cool in the fridge.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Fold in the cooled blackberry mixture.
  5. Pour into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
