Cream Orange Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp orange zest
Zesty Orange Glaze
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In one bowl, mix dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until just moist.
- Spoon batter into a greased or lined muffin tin.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until done (toothpick comes out clean).
- Cool on a wire rack.
- Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled muffins.
