Honey Lime Grilled Mango
Ingredients
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 ripe mangos
- 1 lime, halved
- Kosher salt
- Red chili flakes
- Warmed honey, for drizzling
Instructions
- Lightly oil and heat the grill.
- Slice mangos in half and remove the pits.
- Score the flesh in a grid pattern without cutting through the skin. Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Place mangos flesh-side down on the grill. Grill for 1–2 minutes until lightly charred.
- Remove from heat and squeeze lime juice over top.
- Season with salt and chili flakes.
- Once cool enough to handle, push the skin side to pop the flesh outward.
- Drizzle with warm honey and serve.
