Nectarine Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

• 1 lb sliced & peeled nectarines
• Juice of ½ a lemon
• 1 cup 2% Greek plain yogurt -  use full fat fir a creamier texture

Instructions

Puree the nectarines and the lemon juice in a food processor. You should have 2 cups of puree.

Mix the nectarines with the yogurt. Chill the mixture.

Process in your ice cream machine according to its directions. In mine this only took 15 minutes. No ice cream maker, line a glass dish with parchment and add mixture. Let freeze over night.
